Quilting

Quilting is coming along. It's lots of work but I enjoy it.

The first block is Rail Fence and the second one is called Star In A Star.

These 2 blocks were suppose to be Jacobs Ladder. The first one I sewed together wrong but the second one is the way it is suppose to look. Oops



The first one here is called a Nine Patch Block - I really like this one. The second one is called Monkey Wrench.

The first block is just another picture of the Rail Fence. The second block is another picture of the Star In A Star

The first block in this picture is named Drunkard's Path. The second block picture is called Shoo Fly.

Card Trick is the first block. The second block is pieced together wrong but it is called Lily. Card Trick is the pattern I want to use to make my son's quilt, but I would like to find Coke and Dr. Pepper fabric for his.

These block were done using applique. My first time to ever do this also, this is not one of my stronger tallents. (Ha-Ha) I really do not enjoy applique, so I don't think I will do much more of it, I know a couple more of the blocks I'm making has applique on them, but I think after those - that will be the end of my applique stuff.

These are few of the blocks I have made. I need to make 56 blocks so I will have a King Size Quilt that will be long enough to hang over the sides and tuck in at the bottom.

I will use the Parriott Fabric to make my boarder. I haven't found the fabric I want to use for my sashing, I really want to find some black fabric that has a vine or sometype of print in it.

Well enough bloggin for now - I'm going to go sew.

I have lots of projects started right now and some need to meet dead lines. We'll see if that all works out.
